By accessing or using WaterChange, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Aquarium-management information
WaterChange provides organisational tools, reminders, reference ranges and insights for general informational purposes. It does not provide veterinary, scientific or other professional advice. Aquarium conditions vary, and you remain responsible for verifying readings, investigating unusual results and seeking qualified specialist advice where appropriate.
3. Your records and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, keeping appropriate backups where available, protecting access to your device and using WaterChange lawfully. Alerts are a convenience and may be delayed or unavailable because of permissions, device settings, connectivity or operating-system behaviour.
4. Availability and changes
Features, supported aquarium types, parameter ranges, platforms and availability may change. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of WaterChange where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or product development.
5. App stores and platforms
Your use of downloaded applications may also be subject to the terms of the relevant app store and device platform. Those providers are not responsible for support except where their terms require otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
WaterChange, its branding, software, website and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, WaterChange is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of notifications, error-free data, or that reference ranges will be appropriate for every aquarium.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of WaterChange. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination, law and contact
You may stop using WaterChange at any time. We may restrict use for material breaches or security risks. Applicable law and forum depend on the WaterChange operator’s final launch jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to support@waterchange.app.
